We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join the Payments Team. This role focuses on leading a team in the development of innovative B2B payment solutions, including payment gateway integrations and the implementation of new payment methods. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a strong emphasis on architecture, security, and collaboration across teams. What you will do Design, implement, and oversee application architectures and integrations for payment gateway solutions. Ensure adherence to application security best practices. Lead reverse engineering analysis and resolve complex technical issues. Optimize and manage pipelines, deployments, and performance profiling processes. Collaborate closely with other teams, including front-end, back-end, and QA teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of 5-7 developers. Drive coordination across technical teams and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. What you need for this 8 years of experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (latest version). Expertise in SQL Server, pipelines, and deployments. Strong knowledge of application architecture and security. Reverse engineering analysis and performance profiling. Proficiency in API integration and third-party API development. Experience with Process Scheduler and Azure DevOps. Will be a plus: Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, and JIRA. Familiarity with concurrent processes and best practices in design patterns. iGaming experience is not mandatory but would be considered a plus. Soft Skills: Advanced technical leadership and problem-solving abilities. Strong experience in coordinating technical teams and cross-team collaboration. Proven ability to manage back-end, front-end, and QA teams effectively. Proactivity in addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
