We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET developer with SharePoint knowledge to join our team and take charge of internal projects at ERNI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing .NET applications with a proven track record of delivering SharePoint tools, reports, and workflows from scratch. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for learning new technical skills and finding resourceful solutions to complex problems.
What You'll Bring:
Over 3 years of experience in .NET technologies, (.Net C# 8, 7, Entity Framework)
Minimum 1 year of experience working in SharePoint projects as a developer or administrator, delivering SharePoint tools, reports, and workflows from scratch (Power Automate, MS Graph, Portals, web apps).
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience working in row level security.
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into development plans.
English fluency (at least high B2), enough to work in an international environment.
Proactivity, dynamism, and eagerness to learn new technical skills and find resourceful solutions to complex problems.
Experience in presales processes is a plus.
Nice to have:
Experience with Power Apps (Canvas + Model-driven apps).
Knowledge in frontend technologies such as React, JSON, CSS, Typescript and HTML will be highly valuable.
Knowledge of technologies in Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services...), and Power Shell is a plus.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement automation features to streamline and enhance SharePoint sites and workflows via Microsoft's Power Platform Applications (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop new sites, pages, and workflows in iterative cycles (sprints).
Gather requirements from end-users and create documentation (test plans, wireframes, requirements documents, etc.).
Develop project plans, user guides and training materials to facilitate customer understanding and adoption.
Implement and maintain site permissions structure, site navigation structure and document management systems.
Conduct assessments of current-state customer SharePoint environments to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvements.
