Röhlig Penske Logistics offers warehouse space, transport management, and e-commerce logistics at its locations in Nettetal, Germany, and Roosendaal, The Netherlands. 100 employees work at the two locations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the onboarding as well as offboarding of new employees, including all necessary documentation from a legal, EH&S, ICT, and payroll perspective.Coordinate and outsource employment law issues to Röhlig HR corporate and ensure communication and follow-up within the Nettetal location.Provide administrative assistance in the training, recruitment, and sickness process, including reporting.Coordinate internal communication so that general information reaches all employees.Handle the purchasing and administration of office and warehouse supplies, solve basic issues with the suppliers, and guarantee sufficient stock.Assist the Finance Business Partner in site-specific finance processing activities, like checking invoices and collecting operational data for billing.Skills RequiredSecondary vocational education.Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in logistics, HR, or finance.Good knowledge of German and English, both oral and written.Computer proficiency including Excel & Financial systems.Attention to detail and accuracy; can handle confidential data and works ethically.What You Can Expect?Working at Röhlig-Penske Logistics means to live internationally: Every day, team members around the world cooperate on developing logistics solutions for their customers.
