Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.Partner with the best As Field Supervisor, you will be part of a team carrying out Process & Pipeline work scopes on our clients' sites on and offshore. As Field Supervisor you will be responsible for:Preparing quality plans and safety plans.Communicating closely with customers and management.Providing technical assistance to sales and tendering departments.Adopting a successful safety culture as well as a continuous quality improvement approach to the performance of PPS Services.Handling special projects as assigned.Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Technical education (LTS/MTS).Have significant experience in the PPS industry.Be fluent in English and ideally Dutch and/or German.Be a good communicator - written and verbal.Have good problem-solving skills.Be proficient in the use of computer-based programs.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
