With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager I to join our team! Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, execute, and measure omnichannel digital marketing campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads. Leverage customer data to deliver the right message/content throughout the buyer journey, from awareness to customer loyalty. Conduct competitor and customer analysis, and develop campaign briefs including competitor positioning, audience personas, USP, brand positioning, messaging architecture, tactical plan, and allocations of media spend. Build, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns by leveraging CRM data, marketing automation tools, paid search/social platforms, organic traffic sources, and other channels. Allocate and optimize media spend across channels to maximize ROAS. Conduct regular analysis of campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimize outcomes; ensure all tracking mechanisms are in place and working for all campaigns. Compile analysis into monthly reports or as needed by management. Ensure compliance with and/or follow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and comply with relevant legal mandates. Actively support and participate in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. Handle various other duties as delegated by the Manager, Global Marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing. Prior work experience in the related microbiology and/or life science industry is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of the following: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.
