Working in one of the world's most forward-thinking industries, the Account Executive will work under the direct supervision of the Manager of Account Management to ensure all departmental and client objectives are met. The Account Executive will communicate directly with clients across different platforms to understand their needs, make follow-up contact to see if those needs have changed, and match clients with the right outreach, SEO, and content strategies.

Account Executive Tasks: Create and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.Assess clients' requirements and guidelines and inform the OPS teams accordingly.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives, working cross-functionally with Ops teams (SEO/Outreach/Content).Develop sales techniques.Communicate with internal and external clients about the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives and strategies. Account Management Tasks: Support and create projects internally with Ops teams once SLA has been signed by the client.Support in creating and delivering the Service plan (or statement of work) to the client.Follow up and inform clients on the development of their operations with us in a timely manner, from SLA signature until project completion (using CRM and other tools).Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure agreed deadlines and deliveries are met both qualitatively and quantitatively.Prepare and present service delivery reports to clients.Answer any client queries and become their trusted solution provider.Identify new business opportunities among existing clients (renewals, upselling, cross-selling). Desired Skills & Experience: Advanced level of English is required as our clients are international.Strong client orientation to the point of becoming the client's advocate internally.Efficient planning skills, both internally and externally.Initiative & proactivity: find solutions in advance.Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Negotiation and diplomacy.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.Excellent time and project management skills.
