The Category Sales Manager is responsible for sustainable and profitable sales growth for QSR & Bev solutions. In this role, you have a unique and exciting opportunity to drive sales growth. The role reports to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, Southern Europe and France and is preferably based either in Spain.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive profitable sales growth of your Category in line with the annual budget and the Company's Strategic Plan.Lead the sales team towards the development of the Customer portfolio in a sustainable and profitable manner, personally participating in business relationships with key accounts within the assigned business area.Promote innovation and the development of new products and business areas.Provide valuable market insight to ensure market position, sustainable growth, and improved performance for Huhtamaki.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS AND QUALIFICATIONS: This role requires experience and strong commercial skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently. The role works closely with the Manufacturing Sites and in close collaboration with the Market Units and segment functions to achieve our strategic goals. To thrive in this role, ideally you have:Proven track record of sales growth, new business acquisition, and developing new approaches and solutions.A proven track record of achieving results and delivering profitable sales growth.Experience in a packaging or similar industry.International matrix organization experience with high energy, results-driven, and team player attitude.Demonstrated results from managing complex customer relationships and product specifications processes.Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as influencing and negotiation skills.A strategic outlook and analytical skills to support decision-making.Fluent written and spoken Spanish, English, and French.Willingness to travel
