Job Overview TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.Job activities:Prepare materials and equipment for moldingMold setup and injection parameters controlPerform cycle time control and reference changesProduct review and quality controlProduction data registration and inventory controlMolding and process problem solvingWhat your background should look like: .Trade school degree in relevant field and/or experience in job activitiesMore than 2 years of experience in molding, preferable with medical polymers, variotermic processes and compression moldingKnowledge on mold maintenance, electric systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, roboticsBasic level of englishMotivation for continuous improvement.
