Job Description
Responsibilities: Optimization of the current user acquisition funnel.
Formation of an experiment plan to improve Conversion Rate.
Making A/B tests (landing page content/ lead form / monetization etc.).
Implementation of new features and tools (personal account, push notifications, promo pop-ups, etc.).
Building analytics and evaluating the results of experiments (with a Senior Data Analyst).
Development of new funnels.
Market analysis: searching for ideas among direct and indirect competitors, traffic arbitrage companies, best practices from other verticals, etc.
Building a sustained process for developing and testing funnels.
Management of the development process.
Setting and monitoring tasks for developers and QA.
Interaction with other stakeholders: design, analytics, PPC.
Writing documentation about developed product features.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager.
Data-driven approach and understanding of basic statistical principles.
Experience in A/B testing on web funnels.
Working with BI tools (Tableau or others).
Understanding of product metrics (Conversion, Retention, LTV, etc.) and how to improve them.
Technical team management skills.
Experience in launching web products from scratch (would be a plus).
Skills in "qualitative" user analysis (Hotjar / Clarity etc.) (would be a plus).
Knowledge of Google ecosystem products (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) (would be a plus).
Ability to write simple SQL queries and work with databases (BigQuery / MySQL) (would be a plus).
Experience in searching competitors' funnels using spy tools (would be a plus).
A trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to working together.
