We create award-winning custom software solutions that help companies across 15+ industries change the lives of millions.If you like a challenging environment where you're working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there's no better place - guaranteed! :)What you will doMaintain and update supplier information in the database/tools.Schedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal team members.Schedule supplier candidate meet and greets with internal customers.Follow up with feedback on meet and greet for suppliers and communicate response with suppliers.Assist with collecting supplier onboarding information for new resources.Perform general administrative duties such as updating documentation and communication related to supplier operations.Assist in preparing documentation related to supplier performance and compliance.Update supplier information and/or internal customer information and feedback in Asana and/or other reporting tools.Maintain and update supplier-related databases/tools/tracking sheets and records accurately.Assist with compiling data on supplier performance and compliance.Manage regularly scheduled reports and take necessary follow-up action (Supplier Timesheets, CSAT Analysis).Work closely with the supplier management team and other departments, including the Delivery Team.Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.Must havesMinimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally or nice to have in supplier management but open.Experience or knowledge of the IT Industry.Experience with Asana or Jira.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
