This position will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico, with a collaborative working relationship with the Director of Call Center Operations.Essential FunctionsTalent AcquisitionLead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain a talent pipeline.Employee RelationsImplement policies and procedures to foster a positive, healthy, and inclusive workplace culture.Review and update the company's internal Work Regulations and supervise compliance.Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and address conflicts.Coordinate, review, and issue progressive discipline actions with managers and labor attorneys.Coordinate employee recognition activities.Performance ManagementDevelop and implement performance management processes.Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to employee development plans.PayrollManage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including calculating wages, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.Review, investigate, and respond to information requests from labor and fiscal authorities.Compensation and BenefitsAdminister compensation and benefits programs in compliance with fiscal regulations, including grocery vouchers, life insurance, profit sharing, employee vacations, and other paid time off.Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages
