MetaWealth is an investment platform that tokenizes real estate assets through blockchain technology, transforming physical properties into digital tokens representing ownership stakes. This approach lowers the entry threshold for investors and enhances transparency, security, and efficiency by leveraging smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms. All of the assets are managed by our in-house asset management team providing passive investments for our customers. Ultimately, MetaWealth resolves all the traditional real estate investing challenges currently faced. MetaWealth has secured exclusive real estate investments throughout Romania and Spain to date but is expanding to 4 new markets within the current period, providing an opportunity to work with content surrounding stunning real estate globally! Following 15 months of being live in-market, we have acquired over 1,000 unique customers from 23 countries, who have acquired over $19M USD of real estate within the MetaWealth platform! MetaWealth is looking for a young, sales-driven, and ambitious WINNER to join our scaling international team. The current team operates in two branch offices, Bucharest and Marbella, but will be expanding its branch offices. Within MetaWealth , you will be working with true real estate experts as the combined real estate experience between leadership and this team is over 60 years as Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Investors, and Developers within multiple North American and European markets. The MetaWealth Consultant serves as the firm's primary point of contact for a select and premium group of clients and is instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm. In this critically important role, you will manage client relationships, sell real estate investments to local and international clients while working closely with all members of the MetaWealth team to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to help grow MetaWealth's business through the efficient use of your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence, and community involvement, making an invaluable contribution to our firm. Within this role, you will be promoted as one of the main faces of MetaWealth and the team will look to support you in growing your personal brand! Requirements 5+ Years of Full-Sales Cycle Experience
3+ Years of Full-Sales Cycle Experience within Real Estate, Investment Banking, or FinTech
Near Native-Fluency in both English and Spanish
Originate sales opportunities through direct client outreach as well as via targeted leads.
Proven ability to network with prospective clients and centers of influence in your designated geographic region.
Work directly in partnership with the Leadership Team to introduce, promote, and actively educate your local community to the MetaWealth value proposition.
Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
Work with the firm's portfolio management team to incorporate clients' investment strategies with their planning objectives.
Participate in local and international events.
Participate in marketing content creation as led by the Marketing Team.
Coordinate and execute in-person meetings at the Marbella branch office or in the field.
Coordinate and execute video conference meetings.
Operate daily out of Marbella branch office at the high-tech hub, The Pool (https://www.thepool.es).
CRM Management.
Superb language and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

GOOD TO HAVE Minimum 3 years + experience working in technology or financial services sales, financial advisory, or relationship management role, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Experience working with Web3 technology including blockchain.
Experience working with a Fintech or Start-Up environment.
