This is a fixed-term contractor position within 3-6 months duration.Key Responsibilities:Leads the execution of all activities pertaining to category plans - product changes, visibility plans, and merchandising.Closely work with cross-functional teams – Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), Brand Marketing, and Market Collaboration & Planning (MCP) teams to ensure that the category growth initiatives are landed on time.Reports the execution of national activities to CS&P.Deliverables:100% OTIF delivery of project (Artwork, Prototype, Proofing, Delivery of finished product).100% On-time supplier billing.11% Savings delivery (part of current IW target) / alignment to rate card cost.0 Aging (over 90 days) materials delivered in POSM warehouse.Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure:Bachelor's Degree.1 to 2 years in category management.Growth mindset & passion for high performance.Evidence in Strategic / Critical Thinking
