This is an entry-level position and qualified candidates do not require deep knowledge of software operations or networking protocols.

Key job responsibilities Hard drive installation, removal, and destructionUnpacking/repacking fragile electronicsUpdating progress through a web ticketing systemBasic Networking equipment removal/installation and clearing of configurationsSanitization of networking equipmentRelocating and moving of large enterprise equipmentCreating/attaching labels and barcodesReporting of processes and regular status updatesDocumenting proceduresEscalating to senior technicians and management as needed/requiredInteract with third party vendors & contractors BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Basic knowledge of computer hardware systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work well with others in a team environment, displaying excellent time management skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)2+ years or relevant IT experience2+ years experience with a ticketing system
