Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical) is a key member of the Engineering and Maintenance Department, responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians in the execution of mechanical maintenance, repair, and project activities.
This role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
The supervisor will also play a key role in monitoring and managing the utilities related to mechanical systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance or supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with utilities management, particularly compressed air, cooling water, and steam systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
