We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.We are seeking a talented and experienced New Business and Growth Marketing Manager who will take a lead role in shaping and executing comprehensive growth strategies. This includes developing and implementing integrated strategies for lead generation to drive new business and managing external and internal communications to engage cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & New Business Development:Develop and implement integrated strategies for lead generation to drive new business, leveraging organic social media, content marketing, and speaking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Build and manage a customer database, optimizing the lead-to-client conversion process and ensuring efficient nurturing and follow-up of potential clients.Actively seek and establish strategic partnerships, industry awards, and speaking engagements to position the agency as a thought leader and attract new clients.Design multi-channel marketing strategies that integrate both external (e.g., social media, thought leadership) and internal communications (e.g., case studies, newsletters) aimed at supporting business growth and client acquisition.External Communications:Oversee the agency's social media presence and lead content creation to strengthen the brand, attract new business, and support lead generation efforts.Secure speaking opportunities at industry events, webinars, podcasts, and conferences to position the agency as a thought leader in the digital advertising space.Coordinate public-facing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, and press releases, to drive credibility and client engagement.Internal Communications and Team Alignment:Foster alignment across departments by implementing cohesive internal communication strategies and ensuring all teams are informed of key marketing and business initiatives.Lead cross-functional collaboration in pitches and business presentations, ensuring alignment with business objectives to maximize impact on lead generation and conversion.Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social and PR ensuring alignment with lead generation, brand growth objectives, and internal communication strategies.Use data analytics to measure campaign success, identifying insights that support both client acquisition and retention strategies.Data-Driven Insights:Use data and analytics to measure the success of external campaigns and internal initiatives, providing actionable insights for optimization and growth.Report on key performance metrics across both external communications (e.g., social media engagement, speaking events) and internal communications (e.g., team alignment, campaign execution).Brand Development & Positioning:Lead efforts to enhance the agency's brand identity and market positioning through consistent external communications, including content creation, media outreach, and public speaking.Help to refine the agency's internal messaging and brand voice, ensuring consistency and alignment across both client-facing and internal communications.Budget & Resource Management:Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing initiatives that support lead generation and new business opportunities while ensuring efficient resource allocation.Provide regular budget performance reports, ensuring that resources are being utilized effectively to meet growth and marketing goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and account management, to ensure all marketing campaigns and messaging are aligned with business objectives and drive desired results.Requirements3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field in a fast-paced, agency environment.Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within a marketing or agency environment.Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and PR.Experience securing speaking opportunities at industry conferences, webinars, or podcasts is highly desirable.Strong project management skills with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.Expertise in organic social media strategy and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage both internal and external communications effectively.Experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) and CRM systems to track and optimize campaigns.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between marketing, creative, sales, and client services.A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.LanguagesSpanish (mandatory)Proficiency in EnglishAny other
