In particular:Establish relationships with traditional media to achieve organic media coverage - product reviews.Set up, scale, and optimize an influencer and ambassador program that drives value.Increase brand awareness in digital and non-digital communities of boaters with orthodox and unorthodox activities.Nurture and grow Orca Owners Club, the digital community of Orca's users, by promoting conversations, educational content, and sharing relevant content.Position Orca as a modern, innovative, and user-friendly brand to disrupt the traditional marine electronics industry.Get under the skin of our target customers: Understand and experience their problems, their needs, desires, and their willingness to pay through interviews, analytics, surveys, and in-field user testing.This role is a hybrid/on-premise role at our Madrid or Oslo office. The startup nature of the team provides many different opportunities for you to make an impact, and develop yourself.What You'll Bring2+ years of marketing experience managing social media, working in PR, or managing an influencer program.Extrovert and have a can-do attitude with the ambition to grow personally and professionally.Ideally, you have worked in a D2C startup and have successfully solved similar challenges.Excellent communication in English - written and spoken - and collaboration skills.You are bold and creative: you devise new ways to solve challenges and are not bound by the status quo.You drive autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.
