Be the go-to person for client needs, coordinating tasks with our fantastic internal teams. Lead engaging monthly Progress Calls to dive into metrics, new patient leads, and exciting content strategies. Spot and pursue upsell opportunities to elevate client success. Develop and own innovative marketing strategies customized for each client. Establish yourself as an expert in specialty eye care, delivering unparalleled service. Job Requirements: 4 years of digital marketing experience. 4 years of client-facing experience, juggling multiple accounts with ease. A background in the eye care industry is a major plus A lively phone presence with an extroverted, professional demeanor. Self-motivated, organized, and equipped with stellar communication skills. A knack for creative thinking and effective problem-solving. A private, quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection are essential.
