Marketing Manager Central Europe

Trusting Neolith means having a guarantee. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to help develop our key markets in Europe (DACH, Benelux & Scandinavia). You will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate different Marketing strategies in line with the brand's business plan. Your main functions will be: Be our brand ambassador by running day-to-day operations. Explore, suggest and develop opportunities to enhance the brand in different segments. Develop and implement a brand plan to support the commercial strategy. Work with local teams to create detailed marketing plans, including the means to deploy brand plans and initiatives. Managing relationships with media and PR agencies. Organising and managing local events. Identify and develop brand growth opportunities. Develop partnerships and cobranding actions with key brands and stakeholders. Ensure that all communication initiatives defined are implemented on time. Monitoring key customers for marketing opportunities. Tracking marketing KPIs and reporting as a control measure. Monitoring the digital strategy and conversion plan together with the Group marketing team. Monitoring and implementation of social media and marketing systems defined and approved by the Company. Delivery of launches and initiative and coordination of resources. Manage and execute regional budgets. Job requirements: Almost 4 years of professional experience with a proven track record in establishing and leading regional markets in B2B and B2C strategies. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Experience working with high-end and luxury products. Proven track record of improvement and delivery of results.
