The primary role of the Marketing Lifecycle Manager is to collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, customer service, and data teams. You will identify opportunities for optimizing our members' journeys through activation, engagement, retention, and habit creation for new and existing subscribers.Responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app messaging, social media, etc.) to drive engagement across stages of the user journey. The primary focus is on building a personalized experience at each step of the customer journey, increasing customer satisfaction, and ultimately driving revenue growth through improved retention. Please be aware of any job offer scam.The job will start on a 90-day probationary period.What You'll Be Doing:Lead the development and implementation of automation and campaigns.Define strategy and KPIs for retention/engagement touchpoints.Ideate and execute new subscriber engagement and content marketing initiatives.Own the subscription lifecycle and identify churn reasons.Test new ideas and collaborate with data teams.Create and execute programs enhancing and building improved transparency of subscription benefits.Advocate for subscribers across the company.Manage triggered campaigns across multiple channels.Deeply understand the customer experience and develop segmentation.Implement personalized marketing campaigns across channels.Improve customer loyalty and retention strategies.Own retention marketing KPIs and A/B test campaigns.Align and report retention metrics with insights regularly.Collaborate with product, paid media, brand, business intelligence, and engineering teams.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and incorporate them into the strategy.Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
