Your MissionLead the growth marketing strategy for upcoming game launches, aligning and guiding the UA, CRM, and LiveOps teams to ensure cohesive execution across all stages of the game lifecycle.Take a hands-on approach to optimizing UA, CRM, and LiveOps strategies, driving performance and growth.Manage and motivate the marketing team ensuring alignment with the company's goals and maximizing results.Analyze and iterate on marketing strategies to drive innovative, customer-focused tactics for continuous improvement.Monitor and manage the marketing budget, tracking progress against targets and ensuring effective budget utilization.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying relevant insights to keep the team's efforts fresh and competitive.Your Profile4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in team management.Proven track record in leading and executing growth marketing strategies, especially in UA, CRM, and LiveOps for mobile games.Strong hands-on approach with the ability to drive performance at all stages of the game lifecycle.Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, with the ability to tailor strategies to business and product goals.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to drive optimization of marketing strategies.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.A self-motivated, proactive leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve impactful results.Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.Rewards Remote Work Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule for better work-life balance.
