As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and community engagement.
From collaborating with influencers and planning special events to partnering with global marketing teams, you will be at the heart of positioning our brand in Marbella as the ultimate destination for luxury and fun.
Responsibilities: Event Planning Plan and execute unforgettable events, including seasonal campaigns and special promotions.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure flawless execution.
Public Relations Build buzz by collaborating with media, HNWI's and influencers.
Partner with the Global PR team to craft compelling PR strategies.
Liaise directly with our local PR agency.
Community Engagement Cultivate relationships with local businesses, concierges, and community leaders.
Strengthen our presence within the local and regional community.
Music & Entertainment Collaborate with the Global Music Ambassador to curate talent that sets the vibe.
Manage logistics like scheduling, travel, and accommodations for performers.
Content creation & visual assets Organize and oversee video and photoshoots, ensuring assets align with the brand's identity and storytelling.
Assist with the creation and editing of live content on-site to capture and share real-time moments that enhance audience engagement.
Graphics Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create engaging marketing materials, social media content, and any other graphic content.
Coordinate the development of promotional assets for events, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Brand partnerships Collaborate on innovative brand activations and strategic sponsorships.
Help create engaging experiences that connect with our audience.
Sales & ROI maximization Partner with the Operations team and the Marketing team to implement strategies that drive sales and ROI.
Focus on high-ROI marketing activities and optimize conversion rates from leads to bookings.
Use customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and inform improvements.
Team collaboration Work closely with global teams in PR, social media, and branding to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless guest experience.
