Job Description SummaryThe Marketing amp; Customer Engagement leader ensures the delivery of connected experiences to customers of GE Grid Solutions (GS) across all touch points, including customer events, trades-shows, sales collateral, internet presences and social media, by owning the development and digitization and by partnering with the GS Business Lines (BLs) and functional teams to build an engaging impactful marketing presence in support of GS and GE Vernova's strategy and growth plans.#LI-ML2Job DescriptionAbout usGrid Solutions, a GE Renewable Energy business, serves customers globally with over 12,000 employees.

You'll get to feel proud of your work, have the space to be creative and innovative, and make a difference on a global scale.Main ResponsibilitiesOwn the wing-to-wing stakeholder amp; customer digital engagement (websites, social media, fairs)Develop content, campaigns and social communities that drive such engagement.Lead web presence (sites, portals, SEO, metrics) incl.
migration to new technology amp; CMS.Own Demand amp; Lead Generation (integration in websites, campaigns, tradeshows) for GSSupport BLs by owning the Content Creation Process for new product introduction (NPI) launches.Leverage digital channels to engage customers in Grid Solution's stories and narratives.Optimize GS CRM amp; demand generation programs via lead generation amp; multi-touch campaigns.Originate amp; execute on digitized thought leadership incl.
Grid of the Future amp; Energy Transition.Support trade events and energy related industry events.Manage agencies to or outside parties in the delivery as appropriate.Develop media relations, serve as a GS media spokesperson, support with media engagements.Utilize existing social media outlets and identify digital tools to complement traditional comm's.Act as the GS expert for constantly evolving digital tools to position products amp; generate leads.Consult, support amp; develop GS leadership in communication to internal and external audiences.Partner closely with the GE Vernova Brand Marketing team, BL Leadership amp; Commercial teams, esp.
Marketing amp; Product Management, as well as IT/DT in carrying out the above responsibilities.Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related fields or equiv.
knowledge / experience10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or product managementDesired CharacteristicsHigh energy, "can-do" spirit / self-starter.Knowledge-seeker amp; trend scout, constantly assessing current trends and market dynamics.Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally and in teams.Excellent project management skills.
