From day one on, 3 P Biovian has been inspired from the people that conforms it, and because of that matter, one of the main values of the company has always been the professional and personal growth of its employees in an international and biotechnological environment.Due to this prioritization, Navarra site of 3 P Biovian is currently looking for professionals who want to focus their careers in Scale Up and Manufacturing department USP and DSP both.As 3 P Biovian is committed to the continuous, updated and personalized improvement of our personnel ´s learning, our Learning and Development department is focused in offering opportunities for professional growth and opting for an environment of trust.The successful candidate will join 3 P Biovian, ini Navarra, Spain, as part of our Scale Up and Manufacturing department.The candidate will be expected to provide strategic development oversight know-how and technical input in specific tasks and in the group in general.In addition, the candidate will be involved in the manufacturing to obtain products (biomass or recombinant proteins) with the specifications required by our clients, in the execution of the tech transfer processes; as well as contributionto routine laboratory activities.What We ´re looking for: Experience in either Manufacturing departments in upstream and/or downstream processes, in the biotechnological industry.People who have performed manufacturing activities in either the Upstream processing or Downstream processing area according to GMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues and make proposals for resolution.People who assists document preparation (e.G electronic batch records, SOPs) specific to the assigned manufacturing area.Experience in working with bioreactor and filtration systems is desirable.Experience in a GMP environment.Proven initiative and independent thinking to deliver tasks on time, whilst working in a team environment.A person capable to identify technical and scientific problems and discuss possible solutions.Fluency in English is considered a plus.Open to work in shifts.What We offer: A permanent and stable position in a competitive growing company.A competitive time off package with 39 paid days of vacation.Additionally you will have an extra day off on the 26th of December.Flexible compensation plan, allowing all employees to allocate up to 30% of their gross annual salary to daily services exempt from income taxes (childcare, health insurance, academic training etc.)
