Job Summary: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out maintenance and repair work on the plant's mechanical equipment in accordance with standard procedures.
Ensure that tasks are carried out in a quality-assured and timely manner and in a technically correct manner.
Assist the mechanical maintenance manager in mechanical maintenance and in troubleshooting and diagnosing faults.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance (preventive/predictive) and repair (corrective) work on the Plant's mechanical equipment, following the established procedures and/or advice received, ensuring that tasks are carried out in a timely manner, with quality and a technically correct method in order to achieve maximum Plant performance and availability, assisting the Mechanical Manager in solving problems and also acting in accordance with the role designated in the PEI (Intervention Team) in the event of an emergency being declared.
All of this prioritizing the safety of people and equipment through strict compliance with the Plant's established standards and procedures and the protection of the environment.Among the most important tasks are: Acting in the event of an emergency as a member of the intervention team and/or support team, or assuming the substitutions of other emergency team appointments, as defined in the PEI.
Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance work on mechanical equipment, in accordance with the maintenance plan.
Solve problems and repair mechanical equipment in the plant that is faulty or not working correctly.
Supervise mechanical tasks contracted to external companies.
Participate in maintenance work groups to solve breakdowns.
Prepare repair and/or technical reports of various kinds and collaborate in the analysis and investigation of incidents.
Collaborate in the preparation of procedures, planning of stops, maintenance plans, proposing, if necessary, improvements in them
