General Maintains peak performance of equipment and facilities Preserves and enhances reliability of equipment Minimizes downtime due to repairs Prevents the failure of equipment/facilities before it actually occurs Plans and prepares schedules for the effective maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent or minimize breakdowns Identifies all equipment for preventive maintenance Prepares Preventive Maintenance Program Updates Preventive Maintenance Program Implements Preventive Maintenance Program Monitors implementation of the Maintenance Program Others Improves maintenance processes in the operations Coordinates with all maintenance workers' efforts Identifies areas for improvement and assigns workers to address issues Responds to emergency calls for maintenance Manages the setup and takedown of different events Performs troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues Communicates plans for upper-level improvements to maintenance staff Contacts and schedules repairmen and extra help as needed Performs administrative tasks as required Performs ISO-related tasks (Quality Management System, Occupational Safety and Health Management System, and Environmental Management System) Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
