We are looking for a new team member to join as Maintenance Engineer to Tetra Pak Iberia (Burgos) . In this position you will mainly work for the following areas: Burgos, Castilla-León, Madrid, La Rioja, Navarra. Also, for the rest of Spain, Portugal. Occasionally to Angola and Cape Verde.
Our new colleague will be responsible for delivering high quality technical services and provide support to our customers ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way. The position requires extensive travelling, more than 90% of the time.
This is a permanent position and there is one vacancy available.
What you will do Install & commission of Processing Equipment in our customers sites
Perform PLC and HMI programming.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by phone.
Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites
Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow up on customers concerns and problem.
We believe you have Bachelor's degree or technical Diploma in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering
1-2 years' work experience in electro-mechanical & pneumatic industrial maintenance
1-2 years' experience in PLC, electrical and electronic systems in general
Programming skills on Siemens S7-300 / TIA portal is required.
Automation knowledge in Rockwell and/or Beckhoff software is an advantage
Ability to repair machines onsite.
Willing to travel extensively (more than 90% of time)
Fluent Spanish and a good command of English (writing/reporting skills are essential)
Portuguese is an advantage.
Driving license
Good computer skills, strong knowledge of MS Office
Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision
Ability to work in a team and as well as individually.
