Your role will include many different activities such as:IntegrationVerificationTroubleshootingMaintenanceSupportIssues reproductionProduct improvementsProduct documentationIf you are a curious professional, willing to learn and share knowledge, and an excellent team player, continue reading!What you will doDrive customer engagement projects from a technical standpoint.Perform troubleshooting of identified issues and customer support in general.Assist in the integration and verification of the different deployments.Drive continuous improvements of products and processes.Develop competence in technical domain.Build competence in the technical domain towards the rest of the team.You will bringBachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Telecommunication engineering, or related field.Experience in service delivery and/or customer support.Knowledge or experience in TCP/IP protocols (from L3 to L7).Scripting programming (Python, Perl, shell/bash) on UNIX/Linux.Cloud and cloud native environments: VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes.Configuration of network equipment.Good coordination and communication skills and open personality.Capacity to interact with partners from other countries and roles in Ericsson.Analytic approach, organized, solution-oriented, passionate for details, perseverant.Fluent in English.Competences of extra value:Mobile network architecture 4G/5G: Interfaces, protocols, functions, etc.CSRs handling, including on-call support.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
