You will help us get the performance of our operation tweaked to perfection. We're growing exponentially every week and you will play a crucial role in our growth and success by managing our ever-increasing performance outputs and set a framework for steady growth through optimization and efficiencyWhat You'll Do- Improve the operations performance (e.G. warehouse & courier performance systems such as delivery duration,
utilization, and costs)- Develop, maintain, track, and improve the delivery process of Getir- Design KPI Dashboards and metrics that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making- Design & improve loyalty process of couriers & pickers- Build strategies with Technology, Growth & Marketing departments & analyze financial efficiency- Analyze and track cost and benefit models**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Engineering or analytical background- 2 - 4 years of experience in analytical or process development roles (consultant, business analyst, operations development)- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment- An analytical thinker who enjoys having autonomy and thrives on taking ownership of complex projects with multiple stakeholders- Great Excel / Google Sheets skills. Tableau is a plus- A can-do, will-do attitude - having a solution oriented mindset is key to our ethos- Highly adaptable and can switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid,
