Job Description Job purpose: Organize shipments from Production site Valencia to final Customer (3rd Party and Intercompany).
Interface between local warehouse and Customer Service team.
Main accountabilities and tasks Ensure delivery on time to Customer Organize delivery preparation for warehouse (transfer/Pick-up orders) Carry out the tasks of issuing and preparing documents for specific countries Align with production planning team on goods availability Close collaboration with Customer Service team for transport booking and pickup planning Analyze logistics incidents and take actions with warehouse and carrier to reduce delivery issues Support continuous improvement initiatives, main focus on Warehouse processes Qualifications Work experience: at least 2 years in a similar logistics role Warehouse and logistics processes Advanced Excel & SAP Basic experience in warehouse machines Education: Engineering Degree or business administration, Ideally Master in Logistics Certifications: Forklift driving license is a nice to have Languages: Spanish native, English advanced Soft skills: Customer oriented, Problem solving skills, Well organized, high accountability Additional Information medmix is an equal opportunity employer committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.
