THE ROLE: The Operational Workflow team is made up of subject matter experts that provide process excellence and continuous improvement by enabling globally focused workflows and tools.Working within the Production Services department, the Live Production Workflow Manager will act as the central point of live production workflow development and governance for the global production estate, including the virtualization of production workflows and other innovation initiatives.You will scope and evaluate requirements to develop and deploy effective production workflows that are aligned to business strategy.
You will be responsible for governing live production workflows across several tools and services, providing the DAZN production and editorial teams with the framework to drive customer engagement and interaction through increased production values.This role will be based in our Madrid office.

Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!As our new Live Production Workflow Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:Work closely with the wider Operational Workflow team from planning to implementation to translate requirements into effective workflows that support the successful delivery of production processes and services to deadline.Collaborate with production, operations, technical support teams and third-party suppliers to ensure workflows are scoped, designed, documented, implemented, and constantly evaluated for maximum efficiency and best user experience.Support the discovery and implementation of new production solutions, ensuring third-party services align and integrate with DAZN systems and workflows.Advise suppliers and influence the user interface design of proposed solutions, playing a key part in testing and user acceptance of new workflows and platforms.Collaborate with Incident Management, Engineering and Operations in monitoring and supporting the resolution of editorial issues and proposing workflow solutions for recurring problems.Maintain regular channels of communication to ensure all workflows continue to effectively meet requirements.Present further opportunities to production and editorial teams on how to get the most out of live production and GFX tools and services to drive innovation and customer engagement interaction.Gather and monitor KPIs to enable the governance of the workflows and data-driven decision-making around improvements.You'll have:Proven extensive experience working within a live production environment, with a thorough understanding of how live events are delivered.Proven experience working with live gallery and remote/cloud-based production workflows.Ability to effectively train and onboard clients and staff members on new workflows and systems.Experience of translating production requirements into effective templates and workflows that are aligned to business strategy.Experience of supporting multiple initiatives from planning to BAU in a fast-paced, strict deadline environment, including regular review of workflows.Proven ability to advise and deliver new GFX integrations across multiple platforms/technology.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Visio and PowerPoint for workflow design and presentations.Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to manage requests, taking responsibility for maintaining close relationships with internal teams and clients.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to lead large team meetings, and present to peers and colleagues of all levels.Willingness to travel and work within our other locations as needed.
