The Offshore Equipment organization has the responsibility to manage and deliver equipment to support installation projects globally. A special effort is put on safety and securing high uptime of the equipment throughout its lifetime. This is done through an integrated feedback loop, linking the use of equipment to preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

How to contribute to our vision

The Equipment Engineering Department comprises over 90 engineers and designers dedicated to developing the next generation of transport, storage, and lifting equipment for turbine modules in Offshore Wind Projects. As a Mechanical Lifting Engineer with specialty in tagline Systems, you will:

Take the lead in designing new tagline systems and stabilization tools as well as other advanced installation support equipment.

Support with highly technical knowledge within the field of taglines systems for heavy component installations towards the project stakeholders.

Serve as the key expert for designing and implementing new lifting equipment, tagline- and stabilization systems to support main component installation operations.

What you need to make a difference

Hold a university degree within mechanical engineering combined with minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience from wind power or similar industrial context.

Have strong mechanical background within lifting equipment design.

Have preferably experience with lifting operations of heavy components in inshore/offshore environments.

As a person you are open-minded, positive, proactive, motivating, and self-determined. You take responsibility for your work; you value people, and you possess strong strategic innovative orientation and strong decision making. You are familiar with working in an international environment and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing. You think Safety first in your daily work.
