Key objectives are assessment of the quality of new business, identification of technical issues and comparison to Group standards, as well as monitoring the implementation of associated action plans, using written, oral, and interpersonal techniques depending on the situation.Participate to the Product Reviews of AXA subsidiaries' LS products, focussing on the financial assessment of these products using industry and AXA specific metrics, especially IFRS17, and Solvency II-type measures, as well as broader product development assessments.At Group level, provide technical support in the definition of the AXA Group strategy, ensure relevance of the financial KPIs at product level, and support appropriate monitoring of financial and actuarial metricsHelp AXA's subsidiaries resolve local technical issues (commercial, product, actuarial or risk management) and implement remedial actionsProvide technical support to AXA's subsidiaries on local technical issues where headquarters assistance brings added valueActively contribute to expert working groups across entities, and ensure best practice sharing and knowledge management in relation to LS products and pricingHelp driving product technical excellence at Group levelContribute to the development and maintenance of the standards and guidelines relating to LS product design, product management and pricing, and their implementation in entitiesProvide benchmarks for technical excellence in the form of advice, guidance notes, tools and training in actuarial and product subject areasContribute Expert Group communitiesContribute actively to the expert Group communities involving operational entities and Corporate center teams.
