The selected candidate will join the Legal Department, reporting to the Legal Director as a Legal Technician.
Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on corporate law matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, etc.
Ensure risk minimization and compliance with legal requirements within the company.
Participate in the negotiation, drafting, execution, and interpretation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including: Master Development Services Agreements, Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Agreements, Quality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts with service providers and material suppliers, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, etc.
as well as any additional documentation associated with these agreements, ensuring the achievement of commercial goals minimizing legal risks.
Support the company's corporate governance, managing necessary documentation with Notaries, Registries, and Public Authorities.
Implement and manage the internal company's regulation, including internal procedures, best practices, policies, etc., conducting necessary internal compliance audits and training.
In terms of Compliance/Governance: Assist in the implementation of a corporate governance or compliance program; develop procedures and provide necessary training.
Support in managing the company's insurance policies and liaising with insurance brokers.
Assist in the supervision and management of external suppliers: law firms, IP advisors, etc.
Requirements: Law degree (or Law and Business Administration degree).
Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
High level of English.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the outlined responsibilities, preferably within the legal department of a multinational corporation of the industry or a law firm (commercial law department).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of contract terms, legal review processes and compliance requirements.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
