Legal CounselIn-house Legal Counsel that provides a full range of advice and services on matters of law including commercial, data protection, real estate, employment and / or disputes.This may include review and draft of legal documents, manage risk, conduct negotiations on behalf of the organisation and liaising with external counsel.Responsibilities are within the Legal function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. May act as a contract liaison between the organisation and customers / vendors, including participation in pre contract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes.Assesses commercial risk of contracts.Candidates will need fluency in both Spanish and English to be considered for the role.
