As a member of the legal team, you will work within the Corporate/ M&A team , reporting directly to the Lead Counsel. This is a role that will require autonomy, attention to detail and drive. You will familiarise yourself closely with Fever's mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives, and advise on a variety of corporate transactions, particularly joint ventures and co-investments, to support the growth of the business, all within a fast-paced company, which is both scaling up and expanding internationally. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that is a cornerstone to the effective realization of key projects of the company, working directly with business dealmakers, to bring them to fruition and ensure alignment with Fever's overall strategy and risk appetite. You will be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the Fever business. You will be expected to work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you
