As a member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team at Iberia, the L&D Intern will gain a comprehensive and enriching experience, actively participating in the management and execution of various development and training projects.As an L&D Intern, you will be responsible for various functions, including:Management and Logistics: Assist with the planning and logistical organization prior to the execution of training and development activities to ensure their proper implementation.Registration and Surveys: At the end of the training sessions, record attendance in the tracking sheet.
