Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesLeading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.Continually improve, drive and advocate for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment.Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals.Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.Deep analysis and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes.Drive a multi-channel sourcing approach, which includes direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling, and recruitment marketing leveraging multiple tools and approaches to drive success.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.G., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.G., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in sourcing through a dedicated sourcer or recruiting role.Strong operational, project management and resource planning capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
