They have already made a couple of Software Engineering hires and are looking for a Lead TypeScript Engineer was a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and technology implementations to manage the team working on their proprietary platform.
This is a hands on coding job with leadership responsibilities - it is not hands off management.
You must have strong TypeScript + React experience.
Backend Node experience is preferred but Java/Kotlin/Scala/Python are also accepted as long as you're happy to use Node.

Requirements: Experience Leading teams Computer Science or STEM education Strong experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies Backend experience, ideally with TypeScript/Node but Java/Kotlin/Scala/Python are also okay Commitment to maintaining high quality software through the use of automated testing tools such as Jest and Cypress/Playwright Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
