Lead Product Designer (100% Remote-Friendly Within Spain)

Detalles de la oferta

Lead Product Designer (100% remote-friendly within Spain) You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia. It all started 10 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?
Job Description

As a Lead Product Designer, your expertise in delivering high-quality work will help us create a seamless experience for patients, doctors, and clinics using our products. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both product decisions and the overall roadmap. Your role will be crucial in simplifying complex systems, and you'll be involved in every step of the process—from defining the product vision to collaborating with Product Managers, Content Designers, Engineering Leads, and Researchers. You'll prototype and scale products that are used by millions of patients every day, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
You'll be part of the Payments Squad, working within the Practice Management and Efficiency Product Area, where your design leadership will help doctors and clinics provide better care by enhancing our SaaS tools and the doctor's mobile application. The Payments Squad is dedicated to creating a seamless and efficient payment system across our healthcare platforms. By streamlining the payment process, we enable doctors and healthcare providers to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks.
How would you be impacting our mission?

Stay at the forefront of design and technology trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new tools, methodologies, and approaches.
Represent the company as a thought leader in the design community.
