Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development efforts, guiding the direction of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust solutions for digital advertising campaigns and products.Provide technical guidance and expertise in the selection of technologies and frameworks best suited for each project.Collaborate with creatives, designers and product managers to come up with creative concepts and translate them into functional and efficient code.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in web development, and advocate for their adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience (+4 years) as a senior developer, with a focus on web development and digital advertising.Experience with React Native and custom Native Development is highly desirable.Familiarity with GLSL, WebGPU, and other relevant technologies is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us: Opportunity to work at the forefront of technology and innovation.Collaborative and inclusive work culture that values creativity, diversity, and professional growth.Exciting projects with top-tier brands that challenge and inspire.Continuous learning and development opportunities to expand your skills and expertise.Flexible WFH/WFO policy (based in Barcelona, Spain): We offer a hybrid work model that combines working from the office with the flexibility to occasionally work from home.
