Our customer is an international company.100% remote position for people located in Spain.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate the scope of the analysis, understanding risks, complexity, deadlines and dependencies, to define a strategy.Plan the analysis project according to the strategy, defining timelines, team and execution approach.Coordinate the team, ensure progress according to timelines, escalate issues or blockers and report in governance sessions.Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure complete understanding of business needs and expectations, playing back the process before and after any changes or optimizations to obtain due validation.Conduct process mapping to identify, document, and analyse business processes, including process steps, dependencies and timelines, as well as documentation and systems involved to produce deliverables.Develop detailed process documentation, including process flows, narratives, and supporting documentation.Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.Analyze the processes portfolio looking for synergies, redundancies and repetitive processes to optimize the portfolio and arrive at a target state.Support the Technology Team to explore technical solutions that minimize manual work and automate tasks.Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies and standards as applicable.Provide training and support on process documentation and mapping tools to Operations team, for them to take over the process execution.Mandatory requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience as Lead Business Analyst, defining plans and coordinating teams.6+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and documentation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document complex business processes.Experience using BPM and process mapping tools (e.G., Visio, Lucidchart).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.Proficient in English (C1 minimum, C2 preferred)Preferred Skills:Knowledge of finance and asset management industry.Experience with project/service management methodologies (PMI, ITIL, etc.)Experience in report generation and data analysis
