We seek to hire a highly skilled Lawyer to join our in-house legal team in Spain.
Your Responsibilities will be: Provide accurate, timely, clear, and well-reasoned legal advice and support primarily to Destinus business.
Anticipate and identify legal issues of concern and proactively develop effective legal solutions.
Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including NDAs, consulting, employment, procurement, supply, and service.
Provide legal support to the procurement, sales, and engineering teams in relation to contract negotiations.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Manage corporate governance and secretarial responsibilities, including but not limited to filing for and maintaining business and company registrations in Spain and managing legal documents and corporate records.
Provide advice on compliance, incl.
data protection and privacy regulations.
Provide advice and support to the business to ensure compliance with Destinus policies.
Ensure Destinus complies with national and international laws as well as local statutes and regulations.
Proactively manage claims and disputes arising in relation to Destinus business, ensuring swift resolution of potential claims to mitigate costs and work with external counsel when necessary.
Support legal team in other locations.
Requirements A law degree, and at least 5 years of experience working as a lawyer and compliance specialist, preferably in the industry sector or a law firm focusing on commercial laws.
Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (French and/or German would be a plus).
