At Noa's Talent Recruitment, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician for an important company dedicated to the manufacture, acquisition, and sale of all types of plastic materials, located in Castellón.As a laboratory technician, you will ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures, inform the team about products and risks, report equipment anomalies, maintain cleanliness, act ethically, be socially and environmentally responsible, value diversity, continuously improve quality, ensure product specifications, and be knowledgeable about corporate policies and processes.Additionally, you will prepare work plans, produce and analyze samples, create formulas, execute product development, evaluate results, send client samples, support ADTS, analyze competitors, develop innovations, document research, consult higher levels, collaborate with other departments, monitor compliance, translate research into designs, assist Quality Control, propose improvements, update PLM, manage lab equipment, develop procedures, provide technical assistance, and optimize product industrialization.Requirements: Chemistry Degree.3 years as a Laboratory Technician. At least 1 year working with Carbon Black masterbatch and/or thermoplastic transformation.MS Office.Management of laboratory software (PLM, Sopheon).Spanish native. English advanced.Driving license.Skills: Profound knowledge of polymers and additives in a lot of different applications.Ability to perform and understand results from laboratory equipment used for analyzing physical, chemical, or optical properties of plastics.Knowledge of process techniques of plastics.Mastery of transformation equipment (injectors, extruders, film...) and testing (fluidity meters, Brabender filter test, OCS, TGA, DSC, IR...).Experience analyzing parameters and technical characteristics of materials to achieve the appropriate formulation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
