.Descripción de la empresa The Key Account Specialist Catering is a commercial senior profile that is in charge of winning within the national and regional caterers. You are responsible for signing distribution agreements and giving support to our sales forces in regional caterers. In collaboration with the current Catering Key Account Manager, you are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio at the respective catering players in your national market. You are responsible for mapping and reporting them. You maximize business opportunities in a profitable way while developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our top caterer customers. In coordination with the Catering KAM, you deliver powerful strategies based on industry and consumer insights to derive impactful measures which ensure a continuous development of our brand at each of your customers. Descripción del empleo ACTIVATE WORK OCCASION In coordination with the Trade Marketing team to achieve perfect execution and right activations at every point of sale. POS PLACEMENT PLAN You are responsible for ensuring, in coordination with the Catering KAM, the preparation of the POS placement for your universe. NATIONAL AND REGIONAL CATERERS Acquisition of new customers from the relevant national and regional catering universe. Maximization of existing customer performance via effective joint business planning. Negotiating win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull's and the customer's business. Collaborating with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (including, but not limited to buyers, sales & marketing managers, controllers, logistic managers, and CEOs) to leverage business success. MAPPING, TRACKING AND REPORTING CATERING UNIVERSE In coordination and follow-ups with Musketeers Scouts, measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity. Ongoing data maintenance and optimization in the Key Account Tracker and sharing status on Key Account volume, distribution, execution, and agreements twice per year with the Catering Key Account Manager. Requisitos 3+ years of commercial experience as Key Account Manager (Catering industry). Outstanding record of accomplishments in sales and trade marketing. Ability and skills to effectively sell and negotiate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Solution and goal-oriented. Ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability. Self-motivated and ability to work independently
