Facil Europe is seeking a Key Account Manager for our Product Sales department. This position can be located in Valencia (Spain) or our HQ in Genk (Belgium).Position SummaryAs Key Account Manager you will be part of a dynamic international sales team. The main focus of this team is to secure an excellent service to existing customers and develop new business.You will analyse the request for quotation from the customer and be in close contact with our purchasing department to prepare and present the offers to the customers. Besides that, you will also act as the liaison between this supply base and the internal departments and will give the maximum to service the customers.Revision and negotiation of customer contracts together with the Facil team is one of the most challenging parts of your job. You will analyse the customer base to gain more business. Afterwards, you will implement and follow up on new customer projects. You are executing the operational plan as part of the global sales strategy and report the status regularly. While doing so you apply and safeguard the Facil values as part of a great international Facil team.You will report directly to the Product Sales Manager Europe.QualificationsBachelor's/master's degree or equivalent by experience required5 years of experience in sales in the automotive industryTechnical interest is required, and mechanical or material knowledge is a plusExcellent interpersonal skills; proven track record of building and maintaining relationships while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentialityProven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyGood knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, and/or other industry-specific or custom software a plus.OfferWould you like to work in a highly professional international and multi-cultural environment?
