Your Challenges Main Responsibilities: Develop the commercial strategy for each Hypermarket and Perfumery customer with delimited Parapharmacy and Ecommerce customer. Achieve sales and profitability objectives. Ensure that the company's ESG strategy is integrated across all sales functions and that everyone works together towards common goals. Establish agreements, conditions and negotiations with customers (discounts, rebates, specific agreements for specific campaigns, gondola headers, etc.). Efficiently control and manage the assigned expense budget. Manage the customer portfolio, establishing long-term relationships under a win-win perspective. Advise the customer in terms of category management, proposing actions that allow increasing the rotation of products and the profitability of space. Define and develop assortment strategies, campaigns, promotions, sales drive, merchandising at the point of sale, and other aspects linked to trade marketing. Comply with hygiene, safety, environmental, and quality regulations, as well as compliance and food safety requirements. Closely monitor the ESG performance of your department and report regularly to the board. Develop a compelling ESG narrative that is deeply connected to the overall business strategy.
