Inspiring - Your Tasks: Promote Schaltbau's product portfolio to customers across Iberia in the rail, energy, industry, and mobility sectors. Manage key rail accounts, including coordinating international projects. Drive business growth and market share, with a focus on Design-In strategies. Provide technical consulting to customers. Build strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and C-level executives. Collaborate with local distributors and engage in business development, including occasional involvement in South American markets. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitors. Period reporting such as Business Review, Forecasting, Planning, and Product Roadmap input. Participate in local exhibitions and industry organizations. Participate as a key member of the international Global Account Management team. Convincing - Your Profile: Degree in electrical engineering or a related field; an MBA or similar business qualification is a plus. Proven experience selling electromechanical components to manufacturers in the rail, new energy, and mobility sectors. Solid B2B key account management and business development experience. Results-oriented, with a proactive "can-do" attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks and set milestones, working effectively with international teams. Willingness to explore new business opportunities and travel, mainly within Spain, occasionally within Europe. Proficient in MS Office applications. Fluency in English & Spanish, with a high level of written and verbal communication.
