The Main Event: What you'll do You will be responsible for expanding Huspy's presence, focusing on top-line and bottom-line growth with an emphasis on agent performance. You will act as the primary liaison for agents, fostering their growth, improving their operations, and providing key advisory services. You will collaborate internally to help agents achieve their goals while aligning with Huspy's interests.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with agents to enhance their performance, engagement, and satisfaction. Acting as a key influencer in the agents' real estate business. Acquiring in-depth knowledge of your assigned region to identify and develop new opportunities for Huspy. Representing Huspy's mission, brand, and products as an ambassador. The Perfect Match: What you bring 1-3 years of experience in account management or consulting, with a client-facing focus. Proficiency in English and native proficiency in Spanish. Ability to take initiative and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Strong customer focus with a passion for working collaboratively with agents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey recommendations and meet customer needs. Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Highly autonomous with a quick learning ability and minimal need for oversight. Proactive mindset and the ability to build positive, lasting relationships with agents, adding value to their business on Huspy.
