What will your challenges be?

Build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with the assigned customers and collaborate with them to maximize all aspects of the business such as Sell-In, Sell-Out, Value Market Share, Investment by Business Unit, company and accounts Profitability - with a win-win approach.
First point of contact in leading the day-to-day management of the accounts, with a specific focus on the annual negotiations of commercial conditions and the accounts' plans, in coordination with the direct manager.
Ensure that the Key Accounts business strategies and plans are perfectly implemented and executed at account level.
Negotiate and agree assortment, share of space, location and level of personalization in line with the Retail Excellence Targets and ambition at account level.
Coordinate the online accounts' actions and sales with the Digital Sales Area Manager, to ensure consistency and coherence with the yearly accounts' plans.
Build a wide and successful internal network of relations and connections with different areas such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Team, Customer Service, to ensure account management and support is executed with high standards, in a cooperative spirit.
Monitor and analyze monthly sales and KPI to identify trends, gaps and opportunities; make recommendations for improvements.
Forecast promotional items (packs, gadgets, …) on an annual basis.
Are you the one we are waiting for? Education: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field for this role; an MBA would be desired.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in sales and commercial roles in a multinational working environment; former experience in the industry is preferred.
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2).
IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Others: Barcelona (or Madrid) based; willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, depending on the period of the year.
